You should remember the information outlined below to ensure safe usage of natural gas:

Every person in your household should be familiar with the smell of natural gas in the event of any leakage in or near your residence. |

If you suspect a natural gas leak, call our office during normal business hours, or our emergency telephone number after hours or 911. Our company personnel will come to your residence to inspect for possible gas leakage at no additional cost to you. |
If the presence of gas is thought to be widespread within the house:

DO NOT use the telephone or cell phone |
|
DO NOT turn lights on or off |
|
DO NOT use an open flame |

These may ignite the gas leak and cause a fire or explosion. |

Leave the house and wait for the gas company personnel to complete the inspection before
re-entering the residence.
